Donate Life Coalition of Michigan Membership Information

The continued success of Donate Life depends upon the support of its membership.  Joining the Donate Life Coalition of Michigan is a unique opportunity to work with others in giving what is precious to all of us - the gift of life.

Donate Life Coalition of Michigan membership is open to any state-certified organ, tissue or eye recovery program, any non-profit or state organization or agency, or any individual or corporation holding a common interest in organ and tissue donation and transplantation whose interests can be construed as beneficial to the coalition.  There are also many donor families and transplant recipients who have joined the coalition as individual members.

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS & BENEFITS

Platinum Member           $1500 annually

1. PUBLICITY
   Website
   • Organization Name/link listed on Donate Life Coalition of Michigan’s website.
   • Access to the Members Only section of Donate Life America, located at donatelife.net.
   Letterhead
   • Organization Name will be listed alphabetically by membership level.
   Merchandise Recognition
   • Organization Name will be acknowledged in the packaging/distribution of select merchandise.
2. ALIVE EVENT
   • A sign listing all members by membership level will be prominently displayed at ALIVE.
   • Organization will receive 6 complimentary tickets to ALIVE.
   • All Platinum Members will be recognized in opening remarks.
3. VOTING PRIVILEDGE
   • This level of membership will receive 4 votes on General Membership related voting items.

Gold Member           $1000 annually

1. PUBLICITY

   • Organization Name/link listed on Donate Life Coalition of Michigan's website.
   • Access to the Members Only section of Donate Life America, located at donatelife.net.

2. ALIVE EVENT

   • This level of membership will receive 3 votes on General Membership related voting items.

Silver Member           $500 annually

Bronze Member           $250 annually
