with the Detroit Tigers July 19, 2010

We hope you have your ticket to join us as the Tigers take on Texas at  7pm.   If not, we'll be
located in the upper deck on the First Base line if you want to try to sit near us at the game.

Come early to the game as we will have a heartwarming pre-game ceremony and First Pitch!!!!
We will have a special baseball card giveaway and a raffle for an autographed jersey for all who
sign up on the Michigan Organ Donor Registry that night (available to all who show us their
heart as well).

NKFM Zoo Walk - May 16, 2010
        Thanks to NKFM for allowing us to take part in another fantastic Zoo Walk at the Detroit Zoo.  It was
a beautiful day for a stroll through the Zoo.  It was a beautiful day to support all the great NKFM programs
that continue to help fight Kidney Disease and to support all those impacted.  It was a beautiful day as
we signed up 46 Michigan residents to the Michigan Organ Donor Registry.

ALIVE '10 - May 7, 2010
      Thanks for making ALIVE '10 a HUGE Success.  The Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center was the
perfect location for our 7th annual benefit.  The Food was fabulous, the Silent Auction was overflowing
with wonderful items, the Awards were inspiring, the Fashion Show and our beautiful models were
heartwarming, the Book signing was a hit,  the Music from Lyin Dogs kept the party going until 10pm. 
Final numbers are still be calculated.  We will post these numbers soon.  We would like to thank everyone
who attended, volunteered, planned and acquired auction items.  Our deepest appreciation goes out to
our sponsors who supported us even in this tough economy. 

      It was a night filled with fun and friends; fabulous food and drink; auction and celebration
as we joined together to inspire all in Michigan to join the Michigan Organ Donor Registry.

Cover the Uninsured Health Fair - April 23, 2010
         Donate Life Coalition of Michigan had a vendor table at this event held at COBO Hall in
Detroit.   This event is geared at bringing health care screenings and enrollment to uninsured
residents.  It was attended by more than 1000 people.  We would like to thank the Michigan Eye-Bank
for helping us man our booth where we signed up 55 Michigan residents to the Michigan Organ Donor
Registry.

FOP vs Detroit Lions Benefit Basketball Game - April 20, 2010
         The Coalition was pleased to host an Organ, Tissue and Eye Donation Awareness table
at this fun-filled community event.  The FOP organizers have been personally touched by
organ donation and are eager to help us spread the word.  We signed up 2 Michigan residents
to the Michigan Organ Donor Registry that night.
