Donate Life!!
Saving Lives through Education
Founded in 1993, the Donate Life Coalition is a non-profit group comprised of organizations, hospitals, agencies, and individuals dedicated making organ,
tissue and eye donation the cultural norm in Michigan. This is accomplished by educating people of all ages of the importance of talking with their families
and signing the Michigan Organ Donor Registry.
Organ transplants have been saving lives for more than 50 years. Cornea transplants have been successful for more than a century. Did you know that on average,
17 Michigan patients receive an organ transplant each week? Make sure your family knows your wishes and take a moment to register at
www.giftoflifemichigan.org. With the new heart insignia legislation in place, it is more important than ever to register or re-enroll.
Becoming an organ and tissue donor costs you nothing, yet reaps dividends forever.
